This course takes place at Greystoke cycle Cafe near Penrith - 10am to 4pm for £78 including a lovely 2 course lunch.

In order to come on a Strip and Build bike course students should be able to happily remove and replace the rear wheel of their bike and change an inner tube.

Please note: It is not possible to work on bikes with Campagnolo groupsets as the tools required are quite different.
