Bespoke Rock Climbing days at Eden Outdoor Adventures

For many people the thought of rock climbing on one of the many Lakeland crags has great appeal. However, for most it is just a dream. Turn that dream into reality and have a go! Eden Outdoor Adventures can provide a 1/2 or full day taster climbing session for individuals, groups and families. Explore one of the roadside short crags suitable for complete beginners such as Shepherds Crag, Borrowdale or Scout Crag in Langdale. Or why not head out to one of the quieter Eden Valley Crags for a different experience. Climb to the top of the crag and abseil back down to the ground. If you have a full day and want a little more adventure then you could walk to one of the many mountain crags suitable for beginners. If the weather is not so great then head to one of the indoor climbing walls at Keswick, Penrith or Kendal where you can learn the basic skills without getting wet.
