Pinecroft has been fully refurbished to a high standard by it’s owners who own a local Interior Design business. It consists of a master bedroom with en suite shower room, a second double bedroom and a reasonably sized single room with single bed. The main bathroom boasts a walk-in shower with illuminated rainwater shower experience.

A large lounge has feature ‘hole in the wall’ gas fire, double doors to rear gardens and a 40” Sony TV. The equally large kitchen/dining area has a modern kitchen and a large picture window provides beautiful views towards Grisedale Pike. Outside enjoys substantial mature gardens and a large raised patio area. Off-road parking on the 30m long driveway.

Access to the old railway line which is now a cycle path is nearby. This will take you towards the village of Threlkeld or towards the local leisure pool and parks. The bungalow is situated on the road to the ancient stone circle which is a 10 minute, uphill walk. The nearest garage with supermarket is approx 1km away as is the nearest public house. Children welcome from age 5.
