    “Home from Home”

This hotel is unique and rather wonderful. The way that you make it feel home from home with the little touches such as not taking credit card imprints on arrival/no form filling, so it feels more like arriving home. The lady who I presume is the owner is the most skilful hospitality expert I have ever met and I travel extensively in my role. She exerts a calm, professional and ultimately very kind presence. Is clearly investing a lot of time in training of young staff and makes each guest feel valued. 2 very small suggestions if you are looking at improvements. 1. part of what under 45s look for in a hotel is its interior decor. You have clearly spent money on refurbing your rooms, but it would be wise to alter one small detail still - the velour style headboards in room 10 and a couple of others. They age the choice of decor considerably. Reminiscent of my Gran's house. 2. our complaint about the room noise, whilst ultimately handled beautifully was met with at first with "No one has ever complained of that before" Better not to start with that kind of comment, as it just makes the complainer feel that they are being difficult, rather than taken seriously.
These are very small improvement points in an otherwise glorious stay, with a genuine heart to see you flourish even more.
