Derwent Bank Tour Guide

Details

Join wildlife expert Russell Hedley as we soak up the colours and wildlife of autumn. We'll head to Whinlatter forest in the hope of spotting siskins, crossbills, roe deer and red squirrels and explore the habitats around Bassenthwaite Lake, including coniferous forests, wetland bites and deciduous woodland, as well as the re-wilding project in Ennerdale. We'll walk up to 3 miles (5km) each day. Suitable for any level of experience, with no prior knowledge required.
